How to Connect Jaguar InControl?

When you’re lucky enough to drive in Baltimore with a Jaguar model, you want to be sure your Jaguar InControl technology is working properly. Every Jaguar model comes with InControl Touch™ or Touch Pro™, which offers all your infotainment needs on an 8- or 10-inch screen. You also have access to other InControl features, such as InControl Apps™, InControl Remote™, and InControl Protect™. While it would be nice for all these features to simply work when you turn the ignition, the customization and security of it requires you to set it up. Thankfully, this is easy for you to do.

Activate Your Account

Like any technology, Jaguar InControl requires you to create and activate your InControl account in order to reap the variety of benefits. You can do all this in a few easy steps.

Register: The very first thing you must do is visit the Jaguar InControl and create your own account. Doing this will provide you with setup instructions so you can enter your correct information and delegate your vehicle’s information as well.

Get Connected: After you have confirmed your account, you will be able to connect your specific account with your Jaguar vehicle, which is done inside your vehicle.

• Start your car.
• Hold the Jaguar Assistance button until it starts to flash at a slower pace (about 10 seconds)

Activate: Visit the Jaguar InControl website again. Your main screen will now show that your Jaguar InControl has been activated on your vehicle. Once this happens, you can set up your vehicle settings and confirm what type of information you want.

Should you not receive confirmation the connection was successful, you will want to start the process all over again.
